Model BagCLS+LinerHEM, an integrated servo-driven system with automated liner insertion and bag top hemming, engineered for PP woven bag production, both with or without liner.
Model BagCLS+LinerHEM conversion line provides an innovative liner bag production solution through end-to-end automation integration: from feeding rolls of woven fabric and liner film, automatic cutting, sewing, sealing; the system inserts liners into PP woven bags; open-top hemming thermo-fusion with liner, all in one automatic process, no human intervention required.
Liner position is programmable along with an intelligent controller, which is equipped with the conversion line.
Model BagCLS+LinerHEM conversion line offers a next-generation PP woven bag production technology, and it is a technology leapfrogging for the industry.
