Note: For some devices equipped with a monofilament extrusion line, it is necessary to combine the process requirements and the internal environment of the production workshop. For example, in the relatively low internal and external temperature environments, a hot-water tank is usually more suitable for the plant. However, selecting the hot water tank, which will cause rust on the machine for long time; Select the shaped hot oven. Usually, the environment where the plant is located is relatively high in relative humidity and the hot oven can completely stretch and heat the embryonic filament. However, the hot water oven of monofilament extrusion line has lower specific heat capacity than the hot drying foil, dielectric temperature is unstable and the temperature loss is higher.
The combined output is related to extruder ability and melting ability, the screw and the round die of spinneret are the core part, so the number of monofilaments depends on the number of holes in the spinneret.
Generally, the loops (belts) are divided into soft loops and hard loops.

In the process of manufacturing loops, high-strength loops are mainly produced, the filament folding device can be added after the embryonic filament of the filament extrusion line is cut, usually using the three folds device. The device mainly solves the problem that in the weaving process, fabric-cell and extrusion of wide filaments become narrow filaments, which will increase the fabric-cell force and friction force for the manufacturing process. Three folds device can improve the absolute strength, reduce the weight per unit area and save the cost of raw and auxiliary materials. The weft extrusion force and friction are reduced, the yarn breakage rate is reduced.
