Our Big Bag Freeform Lockstitch Sewing Machine is mainly used to sew various pieces of FIBC container bag(when chain stitching sewing is not required), mainly including,
- container bag loop seam on fabric ,
- container bag spout fabric seam,
- big bag side seam on fabric with filler cord,
- bulk bag top and bottom panel seam with filler cord,
- jumbo bag very heavy duty corner seam etc.
When fixing and cross-stitching the FIBC loops and weft belts, transverse fixing sewing is required.
The Big Bag Freeform Sewing Machine releases the presser foot, it can move the material in any direction to form stitches, which brings great convenience in operation and helps improve production efficiency.
Model CL-F123 is an upgrade to the Model CL-F120. The design philosophy for CL-F123 series is making proficiency of sewing operators to the most extent. Maximum speed increased from 1,200 rpm to 1,600 rpm (30% more efficient).

Traditional FIBC lockstitch sewing machines run in forward and reverse stitching, makes zigzag stitches to attach lifting loops to big bag body.
The sewing operators have to turn the whole bag body in different directions to get a x-box stitches especially for the parts where two loops crossover, this process is big time and physical power consumption.
Model CL-F123 series is designed basing on traditional sewing machine structure, “free form sewing” function is expanded, by keeping the handle presser foot lifting, sewing operators could move the fabric in arbitrary direction to achieve x-box and zigzag stitching, the free- form sewing function will support the very skilled sewing operators to the limit.
Model CL-F123DT is an upgrade to the CL-F123. Model CL-F123DT include 850W/1000W Servo motor direct driving, speed adjusting and needle position, pneumatic presser foot lift, pneumatic reverse stitch.

Model CL-F120L25 is an addition to the Model CL-F120 that can be used for sewing (25 inches). The larger sewing space means that the CL-F120L25 can be more convenient for sewing FIBC and baffle.
Model CL-F120L25SP is an addition to the Model CL-F120L25 that can be used for sewing(large space) and professional platte rack . The larger sewing space means that the Model CL-F120L25 can be more convenient for sewing FIBC and baffle.The professional plate rack means more efficiency for woker.
Model CL-F120 is based on the traditional lockstitch machine forward and reverse stitching added to the function of freeform. The addition of free sewing adds more possibilities for sewing.
