LoopWEAV
The needle loom, which inserts the weft without using shuttles during production, is classified as a shuttleless loom and is widely used in the container bag industry.
Our Needle Loom is available in seven models designed for different widths of bulk bag slings, effectively meeting a wide range of practical application scenarios and facilitating customer selection and use.
- Our weaving machine has a weft density of 3.5-36.7 cm and an output of up to 125 m/hr.
- It is equipped with devices such as warp break detection, and seam thread breakage detection, etc., ensuring high output, quality, and convenience in the production process of jumbo bag loops.
The materials that can be woven include PP flat tape, multifilament, and monofilament.
